Taking time for oneself seems nearly impossible in today’s day and age. Anxieties of life & busy schedules disconnecting us from our body, mind, and spirit.

Throughout life there have been the twists and turns that have shaped the path of today. Each day is met with growth and learning. After going through major life events; I became determined to find peace, and to let go of the expectations I had set for myself. After years of extensive studying in yoga and the guidance from many fellow yogis; my path has slowly grown and blossomed from the mud into full bloom. These experiences and teachings have provided inspiration to ensure a safe space for all who wish to utilize yoga as a means to:
