The types of yoga we offer:

Flow (Vinyasa) and Restorative (Hatha)

Hatha and Vinyasa can be broken down to understand the yoga practices a little better.

Hatha

“Ha” or sun (right)

“Tha” or moon (left)

representing the sides of the body

Focusing on the breath while holding poses to maintain a steady breathe

Vinyasa

"vi" (special way)

"nyasa" (to place),

meaning to arrange or place something in a particular manner 

Focusing on the movement of the body while matching breath with movement
